NGO is a non-profit organization, apolitical and non-denominational. Its purpose is the promotion of art and culture. Its objectives are: awareness of the guardians of tradition against the négatvity, training young orphan in visual art, organizing exhibition of visual art with the financial support of the association as well as partners, arrange sightseeing tours on historical sites of Ouémé after their identification with the lighting and trackers seen in répectoire obtain, set up an information center for arts and cultures (LIBRARY).
